I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY for their quick response emails and ultimately sending us a new replacement refrigerator in less than a week!!I purchased our Upstreman 7.7 Cu. Ft. refrigerator, July 2024.Now, 6 months, later we realized that both the freezer and refrigerator's temperatures were fluctuating too warm, the freezer had actually thawed out with temps in the 40s. I emailed Upstreman's customer support for advice on how we could correct our issue. I received a response back that same day from Cinky. She assured me,"not to worry, they will try their best to help solve my issue." Cinky suggested for me to try a few things to solve the warm temperature issues. I emailed back to tell Cinky that, unfortunately, we continued to have warm temp issues. It was obvious the refrigerator was failing to work properly. She again responded back to me that same day.And here is my high praise for this company's excellent customer service representatives, Cinky and Kaka!!Within 5 days of my original email, we received a new replacement refrigerator!! Thank you to this awesome company!! We now have a perfectly working new refrigerator/freezer!!!Thanks again!! You guys rock!!!
