Holes were not cut out on the back on the seat part.. directions are horrible.Once put together very cute and baby loves it.This seller charges a restock fee that was almost half of the cost of the swing. This Is Not mentioned with the advertisement of the swing. That should not be applicable with Amazon Prime. The information about the swing fitting up to a 3 year old is definitely misleading. We had problems getting our 9 month old in and out of the swing. All the parts are screwed in. The plastic gate holder will not open to place or remove a child comfortably. I will not use this seller again. Beware of Jimmy's Toys in CA!!!!Only had about a month so far but my daughter loves it.Perfect for 6mnths+Kept my grandson calm for hours...in the cold months we had it indoor & now that it has warmed up we have it outdoor & he loves it even more.Do not buy! This swing can easily flip upside down! Poor design made this a instant regret. Seller allowed a return but shipping was more than the cost of the swing so it was a total waste. Pretty disappointed in this!
