This works great as a slim waste bin for next to the couch in the movie / living room, the swing lid makes it simple to drop whatever small items into (candy wrappers, napkins etc), not sure why other reviews say the lid doesn't stay on... I've never had a problem with that. Seems to need specific garbage bag size which is a REALLY tight fit, but works good otherwise.Would be nice if the price was a bit lower as some have said, I'd say the right price point would be closer to 20 rather than 30, but there aren't really any other slim waste bins in this style that actually work right that are any lower priced, so it is what it is.
