My only issue with this wheel is the middle plastic cover piece does not stay in. So I just threw it away.Through this bad boy on the swing set and the whippersnappers love it. Single lag bolt and it’s good to go. Grab ya one of these and throw in the play set and let them little ones wear themselves out!Wheel is decent quality and will be fun for the grandkids. The mounting lag screw that comes with it it way too large. This wasn't thought through at all. It's large enough for a much heavier item and long enough to go through a 2x4 and then some. If you did use it, you can't even get a socket around it in the wheel cavity to tighten it. I used a smaller Phillips head screw that worked fine. However, you can't tighten the screw completely or the wheel will not turn. Just back it off a little and it will turn okay. It should have a spacer/sleeve to keep the wheel spinning with the screw tight though. I have seen that included in an identical cheaper model on Amazon.Just what we needed to transform our play structure into a pirate ship! Sturdy, easy to install, perfect size for my 3 and 6 year olds!Very nice color, no sharp edges, my 3 year old loves it. We added to his outdoor playset.This steering wheel is perfect for our playground boat whose original wooden wheel had to be replaced. KIds are loving it. We're going to buy a second to put up on a climber. I suggest predrilling the hole for the bolt that holds the wheel in place so you don't split the wood you are mounting to. Wheels seems sturdy but expect the typical degradation over time in the sun.Doesn’t make clicking noise and doesn’t spin wellInstall in new outdoor playhouse. Granddaughter loves it. Good addition to playhouse. Had to modify lag bolt installation.
